Registered volunteer 2013-2020

• Acted as Volunteer Coordinator for large group of Southern California volunteers.

• Oversaw volunteers' training and scheduling. Ensured volunteers were matched with opportunities that aligned with their skills and interests, and were provided with the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles. 

•  Communicated with volunteers to keep them informed of upcoming opportunities and gathered feedback on their experiences. 

• Created a positive and fulfilling volunteer experience for everyone involved while supporting the organization's mission and goals.

• As a Volunteer: Head of Registration + Attendee Relations

  • kept a database of all fellowship attendees

  • collated a spreadsheet at the end of each event to review with Swami Vidyadhishananda

  • gently informed new guests of fellowship expectations

  • Trained new volunteers on registration 

  • Maintained a welcoming and friendly disposition for all attendees- point person for questions

  • Participated in outreach,  fundraising, grassroots

  •  Followed up with attendees, creating a sense a warmth with this organization
